A smart and elegant Stock Pot with lid, this piece is a good size for everyday use and doesn't take up the whole of a stove top. Ondine cookware uses 316Ti Titanium grade stainless steel which is a non-toxic and non-leaching material that does not alter the taste and nutrients of the food being cooked. It also allows for less oil to be used during cooking. Each piece is made in Italy with pioneering technology. Hand-crafted, polished and assembled with solid brass handles that are ergonomically designed. The brass will burnish naturally and beautifully with age and use, but can be easily polished to a brighter shine. Ondine cookware has superior durability, having a 2.8mm thickness and 3-ply construction with 316Ti Titanium grade stainless steel. Ondine is aesthetically beautiful as well as crafted from the finest materials. Designed to go straight from oven to table. The cookware is suitable for use on gas, electric, induction and ceramic cookers. The base of each pan and lid carries the unique and intricate Ondine logo. Made in Italy. Hand washing recommended. Dishwasher safe: Yes. Lifetime guarantee included. Ondine cookware is dishwasher safe but is not recommended. As a general guide you can protect your cookware by not having it boil dry, or over-heated unnecessarily. When your pans arrive and prior to cooking your first dish, please remove all packaging and labels, wash each pan in hot soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly. We recommend conditioning the surface before using for the first time. Rub a film of vegetable or corn oil over the entire cooking surface using kitchen paper towel. Rinse with hot water and dry thoroughly. The pan is now ready for use. Occasional re-conditioning after this will help to protect the surface and promote longer life. The solid brass handles can be polished up with a good brass polish product. As the brass is hand-finished and of high quality, the colour can change after initial washes. This is a sign of each pan's unique qualities and should not be considered a quality fault. The brass knob on the lid can be unscrewed apart, as is the logo disc on the top of the knob, for easy polishing. Our products have a lifetime guarantee against defects in material, construction and craftsmanship. Any after sale product defect queries will be examined by our manufacturers and any defects deemed compliant within our warranty will be repaired or replaced without charge. This does not include damages caused by accidents, or from misuse of the cookware.
