Silver will tarnish gradually over time – a natural process. To remove light tarnishing use a soft lint-free cloth to gently buff the silver. Silver polish can be used very gently on the silver parts. Ensure that the stones are avoided as most semi-precious stones are porous and polish may penetrate the surface leaving permanent stains. Heavy tarnishing should only be dealt with by a professional jeweller.
