Preen Line's Resort '19 collection fuses the attitude of the early '90s Riot Grrrl movement with the label's own grungy aesthetic. Inspired by underground DIY fanzines and thrift-store finds, this pleated 'Sumin' skirt is spliced with asymmetric panels of floral-print crepe de chine. It's traced with elasticated ruching through the front and falls to a handkerchief hem that looks especially cool with chunky boots.
