Nubuck Leather Upper The Siren Sport Q2 from Merrell is made from Nubuck Leather been used to construct the upper of this shoe as it helps to block water from the shoe and is surerbly tough and hard wearing, keeping the shoe and the foot protected and secure. Mesh Panels have been strategically placed to allow cool air to flow into the shoe at the same time as releasing warm air. This insures the inside of the shoe and the wearers feet remain cool, dry and comfortable throughout the training session. A Traditional Metal Hook and Lace closure system has been chosen for this shoe, allowing the wearer to easily adjust the fit of the shoe for a secure and comfortable wear. The tongue is made from Closed-Cell Foam which helps to keep moisture out of the shoe as well as shielding the foot and inside of the shoe from dirt and debris which could possibly enter, especially on loose, rugged trails. Q FORM 2 Midsole Q FORM 2 has been used to construct the midsole of this shoe which specifically helps women receive greater comfort and support.
