LOEWE's Autumn/Winter 2020 collection takes diverse influences and redefines them under creative director Jonathan Anderson's eye for innovation - this parka explicitly demonstrates this process. The humble origins of the style lie in rural, functional aesthetics, here, however, the silhouette is distinctly abstract in its interpretation of these design cues. Note the way in which the traditional shape is removed in favour of a loose, fluid one that unifies the various components with its singular structure.
