There's always a hint of sweetness to JW Anderson's designs, but they're never old-fashioned. This dress is from Resort '19 and decorated with a sailor's bow at the collar, like so many other designs from the nautical-themed collection. Made from crepe flocked with fuzzy polka-dots, it has cold-shoulders and a tiered hem to accentuate the breezy bell shape.
