Alexander McQueen's first skull scarf made its debut in Spring '03 and the motif remains core to the British label's collections today. This version has been made in Italy from wool with a chunky handle and has raw, fringed edges. It's jacquard-woven with an oversized version of the emblem and pierced with crystal pins.
