Watching Lake Erie in the winter is a very wonderful thing. As the lake freezes and thaws with the changing temperatures of winter, the lake can look like a mosaic of ice or a jagged sculpture garden.The ice in this image appeared to blanket the bay like a patchwork quilt, and by the next day it was gone.
