Three memory foam inserts for adjustable support Inside the naturally filled outer layer are three removable and interchangeable memory foam inserts. These can be mixed and matched as per the table below to help you achieve the perfect pose for quality sleep. One curved insert and two flat inserts make up this aspect of the pillow. The curved layer lends an ideal shape to cradle the neck and head and help to align the curvature of the spine for total support. The additional inserts offer extra height and greater firmness according to your preference. Smooth Nomite cotton casing Housed in a 100% pure cotton cover, the pillow's surface is both appealing to the touch and breathable to help keep you at your optimum temperature for sleep.
