This cutlery is cold-forged which reduces weak spots, meaning it's incredibly durable. This manufacturing process uses less water than hot-forging, reducing both wastage and emissions. The knives in this range are made from hardened 13/0 stainless steel which keeps the blades stronger and sharper for longer.
