Peter Pilotto Dresses
Iro multicoloured embroidered crêpe dress by Peter Pilotto
At Peter Pilotto, the outspokenness of the colors is softened by the flowing materials, as with this velvet maxi dress. The silhouette is outlined by velvety folds that capture the light. With its mixture of influences, this dress evokes the frank femininity with its decollete and an embroidered appliqué on the hip, a signature touch of the designer duo on numerous pieces from this collection.
Peter Pilotto re-imagines its signature bold prints and sculptural silhouettes in velvet for Fall '17. Seen on the label's runway, this midi dress is patterned with orange, white and royal-blue leaves. The wrap-effect bodice, knuckle-grazing sleeves and asymmetric skirt feel so fresh. Pair yours with sleek ankle boots.

Christopher de Vos and Peter Pilotto are wanderlust romantics at heart. Following on from their travels in Peru, the design duo hinted at Mongolia and Austria amid a runway set in the Art Deco palm court of the Waldorf hotel. Peter Pilotto and Christopher de Vos were inspired by the signature squiggles of artist Jean Cocteau when designing Pre-Fall '17 - they saw them first-hand at a house he decorated in the south of France. A similar pattern decorates this gown in fuzzy embroidery. This piece is held up by delicate straps and has blue piping to accentuate the long tie belt, teal side panels and flounces along the skirt and cold shoulders.
