Who is shipping my order?

When you are ready to purchase and item, simply click on the link to the retailers website. They will take your order information and will be responsible for shipping your purchase to you.

What if I need to make a return?

How can I customise my search on ShopStyle?

Use the filters on the left of the search results to narrow your search by brand, store, sale items, price point, and more. You can select any combination of filters, for example: Citizens of Humanity Jeans, Net-A-Porter, on sale, under £100.

What is a stylebook?

ShopStyle members have the ability to act as fashion editors and/or interior designers by assembling favourite looks into a stylebook which they can use to express their sense of style, share with their friends or shop from directly. A look might be an outfit for date night, latest finds from a favourite designer, or picks from ShopStyle for a wardrobe. You can even layout your look like a spread in a magazine using simple drag and resizing tools — just select the Spread option when creating a look.

Will other people be able to see my stylebook?

Yes, other users may view your Stylebook. That includes items in your current favourites, any looks that you create, the About Me description and any pictures or photos that you choose to upload. People can link directly to your Stylebook via www.shopstyle.co.uk/user/nickname.

Is a stylebook like a blog?

Registered users have the ability to add personality to their stylebooks with pictures and editorial, much like a blog, and share it with the entire ShopStyle community or just their circle of friends. To send a blog entry to your friends click on the Email Look button. You can also create a Registry of the items you like to send to friends.

I have a blog, how can I use ShopStyle to create content for my blog?

ShopStyle empowers the blogging community through a stylebook Blog It feature in which bloggers can draw from thousands items to create customised looks they upload to their own blog and share with their readers with a click of a button. In addition to helping bloggers drive traffic to their own sites, this enriches the entire ShopStyle community because people can draw on the collective wisdom of bloggers, much as they do a fashion or home design magazine, to create and shop their own looks.
