The ionic lights will light up as soon as you switch the dryer on indicating that the ionic generator is on. Select the desired speed setting by pressing the black speed setting button to left and to the right. Left to decrease the speed, right to increase the speed. Select the desired heat setting by pressing the red heat setting button to the left and to the right. Left to decrease the heat, right to increase the heat. To use the cool shot, press and hold the blue cool shot button located at the top of the handle underneath the dryer head To turn the dryer off, press the black speed setting button to the left until it has reached it's starting position Styling Instructions Blow-drying with a brush (not included) to create volume: Section the hair into several neat sections 4-8 cm wide (preferably the same width as the brush you will be using). Select and lift the hair up and place the hairbrush at the root allowing the hair to fall over the brush. Anchor the section of the hair being dried with the brush and hold the dryer so that the airflow is directed down the hair shaft from root to tip. Move the brush and dryer together down the hair shaft. Press the cool shot to fix the style into place.
