Our hero shirt inspired by our favourite literary shirt wearer, Mr Darcy. The Darcy is a loose cut shirt buttoning to the man's side. Made in 120s two fold Italian cotton, the bengal stripe has a raised sateen finish. The Darcy features stitching detail for collar stays, back yoke pleat, an extra long tail (will cover bottoms comfortably if worn out) and Mother of Pearl buttons. Bengal fabric is also known as Regency stripe as it originated from the Bengal region of India during the Regency period (1811 - 1820). Available in blue, red and navy Bengal stripe.
