Stunning cotton pencil skirt from Peter Pilotto @ Target. Size US 16 but there is little stretch in this skirt so it fits small. More like a UK 16 US 12 Measurements are: Waist - 46 cms Hips - 57 cms Length - 56 cms Lovely floral pattern - very eye catching. Never been worn - still has the stitch in the back of the skirt and the tag on.
