• Please The mattress base has 3 height positions so you can have it at the highest position for lifting a young baby in and out. Then as your little one learns to sit and stand, the mattress base should be lowered down to prevent them climbing out. The cot bed sides are fixed and feature protective teething rails to give your little one something to chew on whilst also protecting their gums and of course the top of the cot. When your toddler is ready, this cot bed converts easily into a toddler bed so you can continue to use it until your child is around 4 years old. When in toddler bed mode, the mattress height is low enough for your little one to climb in and out themselves and many children benefit from the security of a bedguard to begin with sold separately.
