There are 4 cooking levels with recommended temperatures adjustable between 40oC and 100oC with steam, 30 oC -225 oC with heat, taking away the guesswork and producing perfect results. 25 user programmes are on hand to help with any cooking task. Programmable functions and automatic programmes enable you to get the best results from the food you choose to cook. A food probe is also on hand to assist with menu cooking programmes. The DGC6500 also features a descaling function for efficient maintenance. All of these functions are selected via SensorTronic controls. ensures consistent heat throughout the cavity. Steam is created outside the food chamber until it reaches the required temperature where it is injected into the chamber, surrounding the food on all sides. The immediate and intensive exchange of heat ensures the food is heated very quickly and sealed instantly to retain all the vitamins, colour and natural flavour. You can choose easily between steam and combination cooking, and menu programmes guide you through for the best results. A motorised lift-up control panel tops off this model.
