Swiss-born Consuelo Castiglioni originally designed Marni's Fussbett sandal in 2001, after a trip to Africa where she discovered sandals made from recycled tires and straw. This bejeweled version of the signature style is done in an earthy calf hair that maintains the individual, artistic appeal of the original.
