Brown leather bag, in the shape of a doctor's case, with a handle to carry it by hand, three compartments inside (one of which is zipped), golden zip fastening and golden hardware. It comes with two keys and the monogram-shaped cushion. Light scratches on the leather in some spots; the golden plaque is slightly marked; and there's a small ring mark on the back of the bag, on the top, left side. No dust bag.
