Product Details The British Special Services canoe jacket (yes, the British military had a canoe team) was issued during WW II and could take pretty much anything Mother Nature threw at it. Our version goes a step further. It's constructed in heavyweight wool and is finished with asymmetrical pockets that are positioned so they can be easily accessed while, well, canoeing or other such missions. There's also a drawstring hood (with a pocket, for obvious—or not—reasons) and an elasticized hem for extra insulation.
