The BeSafe Izi Combi is a brand new 'combination' seat that lets your child sit rear-facing until 4 years of age (or 18kg), then allows them to sit forward-facing when the time is right. Rear-facing seating is recommended as a safe sitting position for children as it reduces strain on the back and neck in the event of an accident. BeSafe recommend this seat is used for children who can sit upright, making it suitable from 6 months. For children under 1 year, or 10 kg, the most reclined seating position should be used, with the body hugger and seat cushion.
