Leather and suede is very clean- a couple of incredibly faint scratches on the clasp...but i have looked at identical bags on site and they all seem to have this. These only notice if you are looking at the bag very close up. I set the camera on macro and it is difficult to even show them but I am exceptionally picky about these things and try to be as honest as possible as I value my rating here. Inside is exceptionally clean also and the strap is also perfectly clean as are the corners and base. Three pockets to the interior with a small zippered section inside and also one to the back. The bag extends out in a concertina effect at the base considerably but without anything in it folds down flat. The strap can also be easily removed so she can also be used as a clutch. Comes along with care cards and dust bag. Dust bag is also clean.
