Naked Skin was designed by Braun and uses Square Wave technology to emit controlled and consistent light energy to target the melanin in the hair, helping to put the hair to sleep to inhibits regrowth. The Gillette Venus Naked Skin IPL system works everywhere on the body, including the face, underarms, bikini line and legs This is the only device to feature an integrated Skin Tone Sensor - a built-in safety device that ensures a safe and customised level of treatment You also get a tube ofV Activating Gel, which helps to create a comfortable light transfer, moisturises your skin and helps you track where you have already treated (further tubes are available - see item number 29BHP). If Gillette Venus Naked Skin designed by Braun is used once every 2 weeks for 6-12 treatments, you can effectively break the cycle of hair regrowth. To ensure you continue to experience continuously smooth, beautiful skin, the device is then used once every 2 months to keep the hair root inactive. IPL is suitable for light to medium skin tones and dark hair colours (black, dark brown, brown and dark blond). It is not suitable on red, grey, white or very blonde hair.
