"I have been obsessed with lipstick since I was 7 years old and played dress up with my mother?s make-up. At 18 I started my first lipstick brand in Australia, and I now live in New York City. Working with No7 is a dream come true for me as I have always been a fan of the iconic brand?s rich heritage and elegance. I have noticed over the past decade that many women are in the habit of wearing the same lip colours because they are frightened of colour. The concept of my collaboration with No7 is to invite women back to the joys of lip colour and encourage them to introduce some wearable new shades into their lives. I designed this red shade to represent the long love affair women have had with red lipstick. A lot of women are intimidated by red lip colour, so I suggest pairing with light eye make-up and layering on the lip colour to the depth of pigment that suits you. POWER to watch the Power video. Wearing lip colour has a powerful effect on both the wearer and the beholder. It brightens your day and everyone around you. I designed a rose shade that is as powerfully stylish as it is pretty. The lipstick is quite sheer but is easily buildable by dabbing on the colour with feather strokes, and I suggest layering on a slick of the accompanying lipgloss for a shiny finish. ? For over a century now women have been intrigued by the ritual art of dressing up their lips. For this look I designed a subtle pinkish nude that is incredibly flattering without being fussy. Wearing lip colour gives you more confidence, even a simple nude lip colour. For this I designed a fabulous nude that if you don?t have the confidence to wear red, you can wear.
