The faces of the Alessi basket create its form with undefined edges and a fascinating play of subtle reflections that are reminiscent of objects handmade in precious metals. The texture evokes the backgrounds of a digital world and reinterprets the steel base material by playing on the elusiveness of the design, making the object look like something smooth and natural.
