• Exfoliate prior to use
• Moisturise hands, elbows, knees, feet and any light hair
• Stand on a towel whilst spraying as product may stain the floor
• Hold the can approx. 6 inches away from the skin and lightly spray
• Hold the can slightly further away when spraying the hands and feet
• For best results apply at night and allow 4-12 hours before showering
• To maintain, Body Polish every 2-3 days and moisturise every day for hydration
